Refunds & Returns Policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled or modified until they are marked PROCESSED. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours from the time you placed the order. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled nor modified.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing). Just to let you know – We monitor every shipment every day, we will contact you for refunds for unreceived items.
  • you receive the wrong item, wrong size or damaged item(s).

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

Q: How to use free local return for 16 countries?

A: For damaged and ill-fitting items:

  • please write to [email protected] within 2 days from receiving the items with photos for damaged items.
  • A free return label and code will be issued and emailed to you for your local return.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged and with original packaging.
  • Once the warehouse gets the parcel, a refund will be issued.
  • This process may take up to two weeks to complete.
